Big Baby Bash

A Local toy store needed a logo for an event to invite children and their care givers to be educated about and purchase the newest products designed for babies and children. The products ranged from toys, food, and gear for children and their caregivers. The client wanted to highlight their Austin "vibe" by including local buildings and touchstones such as the Ladybird Lake and the well-known resident bats in the city. All while projecting a family- friendly atmosphere of calm and fun.
My approach to the project was to show a baby, child and mother that were giant-proportioned to echo the title of the event. They were shown playing and relaxing around Austin near the lake that ran through downtown.
